The notice informs them that they are not allowed to acquire the property until notice is issued. The notice states that the property's ownership cannot be transferred to any person before the time has passed. The notice may be used to pursue a claim against the property owner if they fail to adhere to the conditions and terms. If he violates the terms and conditions, the property may be expropriated.

The notice issued by the government of Bangladesh also informed the citizens of additional regulations and rules pertaining to properties. Tenants of the property are informed in the notice that they must move out of their homes within a certain time after the date of publication. The notice informs tenants that they are required to clean up the property and leave it in good order. The notice government of Bangladesh has also instructed tenants to make sure that the property is secure. If they do not follow the instructions the notice government may issue a fine.

Different laws govern the possession of property. This is why the notice-making government in Bangladesh has issued notices for each and all kinds of property. For instance notice laws are applicable to hotels and restaurants. Notices may be given to establishments who do not conform to the rules. If the hotel or restaurant fails to comply with the requirements of the notice government then it can be forced to shut down. Be aware of any other laws when you get a notice from Bangladesh's notice administration.
